Delivery & Returns
Most items will be ready for delivery or collection within 2-3 working days.
Next day delivery can be offered on most orders for an additional fee.
Please allow longer for bespoke items, an estimated lead time will be provided upon consultation.
Please wait to be notified that your order is ready before arranging collection or delivery.
During busier times and the COVID-19 pandemic lead times may vary.
Please contact us if your order is urgent - drop us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, or call 01376 570100 and we can see if arrangements can be made.
If you provide an ineligible post-code for delivery and we have to cancel an order as a result, your refund will be less a processing fee.
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order, you can return or exchange your order for up to 14 days after they arrive to you.
After this time any alterations may incur an additional fee and we do not offer part returns or exchanges.
Items must be in the condition in which they were received to be eligible for a refund, and with original order note (if applicable).
Please note that general weathering and/or bowing in timber products does not class as a defect due to the nature of the material's natural movement, nor does minor, superficial chipping of concrete products.
SSR Fencing Ltd will not bear the cost of the return, this must be covered by the customer. If you are unable to return in person, we advise selecting a tracked returns postage method to speed up the returns process.
We endeavour to complete returns within 48 hours of receiving the item, on working days (Monday-Friday). Please allow up to 7 days for your funds to arrive back into your account as timeframes can be dependent on your payment method and/or bank.
Refunds may only be made to the same payment method used to place the order, not to a third party. We do not offer goods sold on a sale or return basis.
Any purchases made from our sale are non refundable. Please note our Refund Policy may vary throughout peak sales times and may not apply to reduced items.
